denominator should not propagate to Peclet_Phi. #10

Looking at the rhs of equation 6 from L'Heureux, the denominator propogates to D_k, i.e. to D_cCa and D_cCO3, not to D_Phi.

So Peclet_Phi should not be affected by denominator. denominator propagated to Peclet_Phi erroneously. This fixes that error.
