Add git methods to `Catalog` #68

There are now builtin methods which handle standard git commands, for all data repositories (input and output).

Reset, both local ('HEAD') and remote ('origin/master')

There is no 'pull' method currently. See: https://github.com/astrocatalogs/astrocats/issues/67
