The following goals should be achieved or addressed before an eventual alpha/"product" version of the AstroCats package.

[x] Easily installable via pip.
[ ] Easily usable for development.
[ ] Easily usable or analysis of existing catalogs/projects.
[ ] Data products and repos can be easily moved / stored in different locations, optionally separate from the source-code.
