[SN2016ccj] <improved redshift> #181

Foley et al. 2018 report a spectroscopic redshift to the host galaxy SDSS J171023.63+262350.3 of 0.041376 which is an improvement on the ATEL redshift currently listed in osc which assumed the SN had a low photospheric velocity.
