Simulation / modeling module #144

We need an easy way to "simulate" or predict what signal we expect.

Could be good to have something like a chart.sim module where you give it your location, pointing, time, etc, and it generates a predicted spectrum.

Dylan did a lot toward this. He posted his notebook, we need to get it incorporated into the code.

@lmberkhout Do you think there's any chance we could get an API for the LAB survey? I'm still interested in getting the HI4PI survey working at some point. It would allow us to also use our own beam models if we wanted to.
