Created GUI to aid users in taking data.

allowed users to enter new parameters or keep default
you can set the system time so that the data is tagged correctly
there are buttons to start and stop a run and only one is available at a time
created a data directory if it does not exist
created a directory with username_location_date_trial_time_timeOfDay(am/pm) that goes into the data directory
the start button starts the data taking with the input or default parameters
