[x] Wrap up data taking improvements - goal July 18
[x] Example analysis notebook
[x] fill in slides with lessons
[x] Come up with specific activities to do (with and without the telescope). APB needs to match these with Science Standards. on/off sun. Lindsay's DSP notebook. listen to the radio
[x] Update building tutorial with any changes (e.g. Nooelec filter)
[x] Update code for option to enable bias T
[x] Assemble monitors
[x] Choose a workshop dinner venue, make a reservation
[x] Practice adding users to server
[x] Merge PRs
[ ] Power meter mode

Never got the power meter working, but there's a separate issue for that (#175) and the workshop is over, so closing this.
