Restore datataking.html #81

The data taking instructions under the "getting started" tab disappeared when the website was redone. I have copy and pasted the html file into a new file and am attempting to put it back on the website (granted I have no idea if its connecting to the correct spot but I at least found it)

Whoops, looks like we have duplicated effort. I've been working on recovering this on the recovering_gui_walkthrough branch. I think it's mostly done, just need to collect a few updated screenshots of the GUI.

Importantly, with the new setup, we don't write the html files directly anymore. We can now write in markdown, which is much easier. But it means we need to port over the old stuff, which is what the above mentioned branch is doing.
