Updating setup for easier development and switching to astrodbkit #82

This creates a .devcontainer setup for easier use with CodeSpaces but more importantly: it updates dependencies to use the new astrodbkit package.

Tests will likely fail since astrodbkit2 is a dependency of the template database (which is cloned as part of the testing)
