Description

Create a mockup of the deploy contract UI in vscode. Explore different layout and choose the best for implementation

Definition of Done

[ ] It allows to choose the contract that will be deployed
[ ] It allows to enter constructor parameters
[ ] It lets choose the wallet that will perform the deploy
[ ] It allows to select the chain to deploy to
