ISIS is a spectral analysis package that was formerly part of CIAO, but is now distributed as stand-alone (since CIAO has adopted Sherpa as fitting package).

I should say, that although this was created on April 1st as I realize now, this is a series PR: ISIS (the spectral fitting package) was around long before anyone heard about ISIS (the terrorist group). Needless to say, you would not name that code like that today, but it's hard to change an existing name...
