Possible release venues:

Annotated GitHub tag
PyPI
Maybe even some conda channel (astropy? conda-forge?)

This would be nice to have before astropy/astropy-procedures#106 .

Would be nice to get the new PRs merged first and also @bsipocz auth one (for #19 when she gets the chance to submit her PR) before a release. Thanks!
