view-fits: support for zoom-in/zoom-out

it should be possible to zoom-in/zoom-out inside an image displayed by view-fits:

• + to zoom-in
• - to zoom-out
• use the mouse's wheel to zoom-in/zoom-out
• use the mouse's left button to create a box to zoom-in
