Update client installation documentation #2

According to https://github.com/astrolabsoftware/fink-client/pull/55, the client installation will be as simple as doing a pip install fink-client. Hence the installation section in the tutorial needs to be updated accordingly. In addition, we should document the fact that users can now subscribe to streams using an online form.
