Statistics: default display has changed

With recent changes, the statistics page has some bug in the display:

top banner does not show anymore the latest night
dropdown for Daily Statistics is not ordered, and various histograms were at the wrong date
Cumulative plot in Timeline is wrong (unordered)

This is due to the manipulation of an ordered Pandas DataFrame.
