Alert Flag in obsplan #34

That would be nice, if in the night plan was the special command Alert or just a flag on existing command. When the Alert is reached it does not influence plan execution in any way, but just play sound and maybe show the message.

Often you are interested how specific field will look like, bot it's easy to overlook when it starts...

Done, BELL command is supported, but there are no sound on Zenith and Nadir
