TOI crashes when cancelling loading an observing plan #9

If loading a plan in the Plan Manager is cancelled (i.e., in the window that is opened by the "Load Plan" button), then the TOI hard crashes.

it will be fixed during next few days with the update including large reworking of Plan Window GUI and plan functionality.
