Set the document_root_path as the project folder as default #1

Would be nice if the plugin started the server in the open project path instead of the need to manually modify it with every project.

That would be helpful, either it looks in the sublime project file for the current project directory or you can set up a per project config file.

Anyhow, very great package, easy to get up and running.
