Character "&" in search pattern not handled correctly #267

Description Search for the topic "M&L" (Mario & Luigi) and everything possible without "&" in the topic name is found, but not the actual topics.

Steps to reproduce If you cannot reproduce the bug, please describe what you were doing in as much detail as possible If you were scanning using the QR scanner, ensure you include a link to the theme you were attempting to download.

Search for "M&L".

I suspect that the "&" character in the url to the search is not correctly encoded, as it has a special meaning.

Expected behavior Returns themes with "M&L" in theme name.

System information System model: new3DS XL

System firmware version e.g. 11.14.0 (this can be found in the System Settings applet by default) latest

Anemone3DS version e.g. v2.2.0 (found in the bottom-left of Anemone3DS) 2.3.0

Luma3DS version e.g. v10.2.1 (found in the menu when you hold Select on boot) 10.3

If you are not on the latest version of Anemone3DS, your bug report will likely be closed. Ensure the bug occurs in the latest build!
