Add some system packages needed to successfully build the release.

I'm pretty sure these are installed as part of 3ds-dev, which is already covered in the README

Hello there, no they are not.

3ds-dev have the next set of packages:

:: There are 17 members in group 3ds-dev: :: Repository dkp-libs 1) 3ds-cmake 2) 3ds-examples 3) 3ds-pkg-config 4) catnip 5) citro2d 6) citro3d 7) devkitarm-cmake 8) devkitarm-crtls 9) libctru :: Repository dkp-windows 10) 3dslink 11) 3dstools 12) devkit-env 13) devkitARM 14) devkitARM-gdb 15) general-tools 16) picasso 17) tex3ds

But the system wide packages make, git and pkg-config are no part of them.
