Ext Data Locked when installing badges #326

Description When installing badges after creating subfolders it gives Ext Data Locked error and then causes Luma crash Steps to reproduce Installing badges after creating subfolders Note I also already tried removing GYTB ext data, before it used 1 random folder name for all badges after crashing and now I just have no badges. EDIT: After struggling with this for a while I just gave up and moved it all back to /badges and removed ALL sub folders and the error didn't happen. I had 17 Sub folders and it broke. 811 Badges total. Expected behavior Screenshots

Closing (tentatively) as duplicate of #323 - I have a possible fix that I'll check with both people who made this issue however and re-open if it persists.

e613a52 should fix this - can you try this build and see if it works?
