consolidate to azure endpoint #24

Original ingest was using OpenAI and frontend app was using Azure OpenAI. Need to consolidate to azure. -update schema -update keys -test

Closing this issue as it is no longer relevant. With OpenAI's new embedding model, it doesn't make sense to move that to Azure when Azure is behind on the newer models
