Currently, there is documentation around the setup and the repository but there is no documentation for steps when Ask-Astro is down:

[x] Add a step-by-step guide for how to debug the issue.
[x] Add a step-by-step guide around how to roll back the deployment.
[x] Add a step-by-step guide to actions to be taken when the slack bot UI or backend is down.
[x] Add POC for each component in the notion doc.
