Fix plugin to work with Airflow 2.3.3+ #37

The register method of Blueprint changed in Flask 2+ which Airflow 2.3.3 is based on. This PR fixes the issue and also removed astronomer-certified as dependency of this plugin. Furthermore, a distro warning was also fixed
