Add support for dbt-sqlserver #335

We should add all of the dbt supported platforms (and then move to the community ones). This will require two things:

See MSSQL Server setup in dbt docs.

There has been interest from the community on this ticket, via the #dbt-airflow channel: https://apache-airflow.slack.com/archives/C059CC42E9W/p1697727028206819

Hi, @P1et1e,

I'm helping the Cosmos team manage their backlog and am marking this issue as stale. From what I understand, the issue requests adding support for dbt-sqlserver to expand dbt's supported platforms to include MSSQL Server. The necessary steps for implementation have been outlined, and there has been community interest in the ticket, as mentioned by tatiana via the #dbt-airflow channel on Slack.

Could you please confirm if this issue is still relevant to the latest version of the Cosmos repository? If it is, please let the Cosmos team know by commenting on the issue. Otherwise, feel free to close the issue yourself, or it will be automatically closed in 7 days. Thank you!

Hello, I was just looking into how we run dbt on mwaa, and add SQL server support would be required for us.

@tatiana, could you please assist with adding SQL server support for running dbt on mwaa? The user has indicated that this feature is required for their use case. Thank you!
