Fix broken "Test providers RC releases" action #1423

Describe the bug When trying to trigger the workflow to test https://github.com/apache/airflow/issues/36644, I found out it failed https://github.com/astronomer/astronomer-providers/actions/runs/7441662246.

Expected behavior

Workflow should be triggered without error

It was due to PAT expiration. Already filed an IT ticket for it. For this rc release, I created https://github.com/astronomer/astronomer-providers/pull/1422 manually

Tested the PAT through https://github.com/astronomer/astronomer-providers/actions/runs/7460243431/job/20297929959. This will happen again on July 1st as the PAT expires. Will close it for now and reopen it if the next rc release checking does not work
