Add API Docs to Algolia Search #3852

Do we index our API docs in the Algolia search bar? I was searching for our "rate limits" and couldn't find anything, so I resorted to using Google.

Yeah I think we can just append our Alogila indexing script to also look at the API docs to get those included

Researched Algolia + current docs build processes to see if there's a quick fix - no. Medium effort fix, probably, we'll come back to this when bandwidth allows.
