Collect db metrics for deployments

It would be helpful if telescope could collect metrics on the Airflow databases such as but not limited to:

• Total size of all deployments
  • Total size broken filtered by table (sum of all logs tables, all task_run tables, etc.)
• P1-P99 db size across deployments
• Top 5 deployment databases by size
• breakdown of table size for the top 5 deployment databases

• DB size of different deployments
• table size
• maybe also growth of the tables over the last 24hrs
