Add astroML workshop requirements to dockerfile #8

Add the dependencies we'll need for the workshop:

[x] astroML - we install it from conda-forge
[x] scikit-learn - inheriting it from scipy-notebook
[x] astropy - we install it from defaults?
[ ] pymc3
[ ] tensorflow
[ ] pytorch
...

Currently our dockerfile is based on jupyter/datascience-notebook, that is based on jupyter/scipy-notebook, so natively provides some of the dependencies.
