Decide if we need a better name than LSDB #401

We will soon change the name hipscat (see https://github.com/astronomy-commons/hipscat/issues/332).

That is a chance to change the name LSDB if wanted. The issue is that LSDB stands for Large Survey DataBase, and it is explicitly not a database. This is confusing and we have received a feedback about it (notably from @lokizg)

After consideration and talking with Mario, Andy, we decided it is best to keep the name. The change would be disruptive; it is ``database'' of sorts and we feel it is sufficiently removed from any negative connotations of LSD, if there were any to start with.
