Data available:

SEPIA 5 OOF maps (660 GHz)
ARTEMIS 3 OOF maps (350 and 450 GHz)
Photogrammetry: only figures giving an order of the micron RMS
Illumination for: ARTEMIS (top-hat) SEPIA (truncated Gaussian -12 dB)
Pending holography results

Software summary:
