Consider changing Detector/Chip terms to FPA/Detector? #49

SimCADO currently uses the term Detector for to the full 3x3 array of H4RG detectors and the term Chip for an individual detector.

Most MICADO documents refer to individual H4RG circuits as a 'detector' and the 3x3 as 'focal plane array' / 'detector array'. It is a bit confusing to use a different terminology in SimCADO. Also, the detectors are not CCD's, so they aren't chips.

Is it possible to harmonize the terminology?

Good point. The designation of Detector/Chip was made back before we were aware of any naming convention. I'll take this into account with the refactor
