This is a proposal to organize 2 workshops with the Carpentries Astronomical Data Science curriculum at the following 2 events:

2024 NDISTEM Conference organized by SACNAS, Oct 31st - Nov 2nd in Phoenix, AZ
NSBP and National Society of Hispanic Physicists 2024 Annual Conference in Houston, TX, November 13-17, 2024

(note this came in well after the Cycle 4 deadline so is not a cycle 4 proposal, the finance committee will definitely consider it once the cycle 4 process is complete though!)
