@nden Do you see this as an Example or a tutorial? maybe it already exists somewhere?

@kelle I think an example which shows only to transformations pixel --> world and reverse would be good.

There are such examples in STScI tutorials. I can copy one here. Is there policy on data (sorry if I missed it). I can add an HST data file but I'm also happy to use any data file that's already available in the tutorials.
