Remove CNAME (to move to learn-astropy) #501

This PR removes the CNAME, as a companion to a PR I'm about to create in astropy/learn-astropy . Together these should have the effect of making learn.astropy.org point to learn-astropy instead of astropy-tutorials.

Note this is ready as-is but should not be merged until I've completed the verification process, and then should be merged before the follow-on PR (I think...).

@eteq Thanks for doing this. Any update on the verification from GitHub?

It just went through. but I clicked a different button in the github pages interface and it turns out it did exactly what this PR was about to do: https://github.com/astropy/astropy-tutorials/commit/c3860b20b366841a86540591a6c67b6471907f5f

So I'm closing this because it turns out clicking that button was the same thing.
