Text for LTS section #26

I started adding some text for the LTS section - I'm not sure it makes sense to talk about features since 4.0 though as that will duplicate the next section? What do people think?

I've also expanded a little the list of ideas of features for the next section.

Oh yea, I guess that's a good point. In that case, I think this looks good to me!
