Description of Astropysics as IDL wrappers

• Astropysics: library of IDL astronomy routines converted to Python.

That doesn't seem like an accurate description of Astropysics, but I'll leave it to @eteq!

Just out of curiosity (for when there's time) what functionality from astropysics is not yet in astropy?

@taldcroft - definitely not, thanks for catching that! I'll fix it directly in master and close this through that.

@astrofrog - Quite a few things don't have astropy equivalents:

• objcat doesn't have an astropy equivalent, and probably shouldn't, because it's not terribly well thought out... but it does have a few users (although it might only be me and a couple collaborators...)
• astropysics.models still has some models not in astropy. Hopefully we can get that fixed by 1.1, though.
• pipeline doesn't have an equivalent. Not sure if we're planning on putting something like that in astropy or not.
• spec has some stuff not in specutils (again, hopefully that will be less true soon).
• the GUI tools have no direct equivalent, and probably won't because we want to keep GUIs out of astropy core.
• a few other random things that may or may not belong in astropy, anyway.
