Travis #31

@cdeil - this is step 1 of tidying up this repo, I'm enabling Travis and going to try and make sure this works so we don't break it in future. Then we can either add an automated webpage build here, or I can set up a nightly build on a Mac Mini I maintain.

Blimey some of these packages take a while to compile!

Ok, this runs so I am going to merge it, but will open a new PR for some new issues... (once Travis passes for sure)
