Updated results #34

@cdeil - updated results attached. Note that may of the differences are real because there appears to be a regression in the astropy conversion. See the summary.txt file in the diff.

The main regression is the FK5 <-> FK4 and FK4 <-> FK5 conversion

Ok, I fixed the issue and there are no longer any significant regressions
