Doc build gives warning about astropy_logo.ico #49

Just a warning, but kind of annoying:

copying static files... WARNING: favicon file 'astropy_logo.ico' does not exist

I managed to fix this by manually copying the missing ICO file from https://github.com/astropy/astropy/blob/master/astropy/sphinx/themes/bootstrap-astropy/static/astropy_logo.ico to the docs directory in my affiliated package.

So, does this mean that astropy_logo.ico needs to be distributed as part of the template?

That's actually fixed over in astropy/astropy_helpers#1 which includes the default logo in the correct place.
