CI: update versions #65

cron started to fail, time to drop 3.6 support. (not yet dropping 3.7 as pytest proper still has it, as it doesn't require anything here atm to keep the support)

retrospect we could have kept the 3.6 by changing the ubuntu version for the runner, but I think this way was more consistent anyway as pytest and our other pluggins dropped the support, too a while ago.
