Fix leak on WCS.cpp #395

Introduced by a mistake I made on #392. Fixes the leak reported by Martin in #361.

I moved the patch to https://github.com/astrorama/SourceXtractorPlusPlus/tree/fix/throttle and started the run. It's really looking good:

Should be merged quickly!
