Exposing delta duntion PSF #454

It would be great to be able fitting only the functional form such as Gaussian or Exponential to the objects in the measurement image without PSF convolution.

As we had discussed internally a delta function PSF exists already, but needs to be exposed to the configuration.

Thats the same as #458 and should be solved with the merge request
