Did a bit of tidy up of things left over when I originally did button.

Removed specific padding values from the sizes
Replaced the classname story with a configurable one
Brightened the dark theme disabled text and outlined buttons as they blended with the background color.

Everything seems to be ok. Nice to see that 'em' units work in this component.
