change CustomerUser type from MANAGER/MEMBER to ADMIN/STANDARD #55

BA team used the terms "admin" & "standard" when referring to the different types of CustomerUsers. As "admin" had a special meaning w/in Django, I used the term "manager" instead.

At this point, I may have won the BA team over w/ my terms. Not sure this ticket is still relevant.
