Rename concept: Beta Cephi stars #100

Beta Cephei stars should be named --> Beta Cepheid variable stars

Hey it's the 100th Issue!

Also, should be child of "Cepheid variable stars"

Also update Delta cephei similarly.

Concepts renamed.

"Beta Cepheid variable stars" is now a child of "Cepheid variable stars."
