New Concept: Stellar occultation #281

Name the new concept Stellar occultation

Describe the concept Occultation of a star by another object. UAT already has similar concepts for: Asteroid occultation Lunar occultation Radio occultation

Describe where the concept fits within the existing hierarchy Stellar occultation would a child of "Occultation."

It's a good concept to include, so essentially accepted.

Would like some further thought/discussion on possible RTs i.e. Looking at the provided supporting articles, is there a relationship to add to planetary science?
