Provide 1-3 supporting articles To be supplied

Please include any additional comments/feedback In Issue #37 @katieefrey was working on addressing multiple suggestions from @seweissman related to calibration. I am creating this issue for further discussion of Aperture location.

I would want to understand more about this concept. Is it talking about where an aperture is located on a scientific instrument? They way it's written it seems like it would describe a field in a data table, or a key in a data dictionary, and you would expect to provide a value for this field. Concepts in the UAT should be "values" not "keys".

I found this one old page at STSCI that sort of alluded to this concept: https://www.stsci.edu/instruments/observatory/taps.html
