Move "Space research" to "methods/observational regimes."

currently resides under "Astronomical research." However, neither of these concepts nor "Astronomical methods" have a definition.

Without a clear definition, I am not sure whether Space Research should be treated as a heliophysics and space science term or a biological and physical sciences term or something else. If it is a heliophysics term, then we should decide its placement when we do a major upgrade for the heliophysics community.
