I did not find an papers in NASA SciX using this particular phrase, which does not mean that it is irrelevant.

Additional Comments

This suggestion was made by Dr. Alejandro López, astronomer and anthropologist, ethnoastronomer, chair of the IAU WG astronomical heritage in danger in an email to @katieefrey. It was carried forward from Issue #347 to Issue #357, when most of the other items in Issue #347 were closed out. I am now creating this issue to solely address whether we should add Socio-cultural history of astronomy.
